Should an Electric Insurance Company policyholder experience a cracked, broken, or chipped window on their automobile, policyholders simply call the toll-free number listed on their policy to report the incident. They indicate when and where they would prefer to have their window repaired or replaced, and a specialist is dispatched accordingly.
